Hammerhead Design was formed in 1997 to offer consultative design engineering to physicians, medical personnel and medical device companies. There are three primary areas of focus. First, education - we partner with medical universities and device companies to plan and run physician and nursing courses in gastroenterology. To that end, we specialize in developing anatomical models for teaching and for device and procedure development. (See Products)
Second, as design engineers with over 15 years in GI/Surgery, we can assist you in patenting your GI/Surgical device or method. We will walk you through the steps of legal provisional writing and manage prototype design. (See Engineering)
